Natasha brings over 18 years of experience in care settings, with 16 years specifically dedicated to working directly with children and young people. She has held the position of Registered Manager and possesses extensive knowledge and leadership in delivering high-quality, child-centred, and therapeutic care.

Throughout her career, Natasha has consistently embedded therapeutic approaches into her practice, drawing on a wide range of specialist training. Her care approach is further informed by close collaborative work with Clinical Psychologists, enhancing her psychologically informed and trauma-responsive practice.

Natasha is also a qualified Physical Intervention Trainer, having delivered training to staff teams for the past two years. She maintains full compliance with all statutory and mandatory training and holds the necessary management qualifications to oversee children’s residential settings.

She is passionate about delivering therapeutic, child-centred care and is highly experienced in promoting staff development, embedding a positive organisational culture, and creating nurturing, relational environments. Her areas of expertise include policy and practice development, driving quality standards, and fostering environments where children and young people feel safe, valued, and supported to thrive.

  • Currently working towards Level 7 in Senior Leadership and Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in health studies with a specialism in Health Promotion
  • QCF Level 5 Children and Young People.
  • DDP Level 1 Certified
  • Theraplay Level 1 (including MIM – Marschak Interaction Method assessments)
